New York City Office of Management and Budget (OMB) with Deptartment of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DOITT), and Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) subcontractor to U. S. COST, Inc.: provided value analysis for consolidation of non-mainframe date center operations. Scope was to provide a roadmap for DOITT to offer Citywide consolidation to be housed at DOITT and FISA, and to plan a coordinated disaster recovery plan for DOITT and FISA.

Hartsfield Airport, Atlanta, subcontractor to Louis Berger International, Inc.: for the Airport Information Technology Master Plan. developed IT strategic business plan for existing and anticipated IT in support of airport initiatives and for providing superior customer service for 2000 and beyond.
