New York City Department of Transportation: modified voucher payment system for Y2K compliance and wrote interface program for data exchange between citywide Financial Management System and DOT Voucher Payment System. 

 

New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH): modified and upgraded OATH Trial Case Tracking System for Y2K compliance and integration with Novell GroupWise. 

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey: redesigned Airport Tenant Alteration Management System for Windows graphic user interface at all three major airports—John F. Kennedy (JFK), Newark Liberty, and LaGuardia. 

 

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Newark International Airport, subcontractor to Louis Berger International, Inc.: provided on-line reporting system; created and modified CAD and AutoCAD drawings for existing and proposed terminal layouts; designed and drafted layout for office building, parking lot, and easement; and redrafted schedule for monorail development project. 

 

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, JFK International Redevelopment Program, subcontractor to O’Brien Kreitzberg: for Project Financial Database, performed as-is and to-be business process analysis through user interviews, designed system specifications, and built reporting system for project managers. 

 

New York City Office of Management and Budget, subcontractor to Washington Group: rewrote the Asset Management System, a mission critical system, in Visual Basic and SQL Server Database; and migrated the application from DOS to Windows 2000. 

 

Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New York City Transit, subcontractor to Macro: provided an Automatic Vehicle Locator system for buses in the surface transit system. 

 

Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New York City Transit, subcontractor to Spear Technologies, Inc.: designed and implemented a computerized Maintenance Management System. 

 

Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Headquarters: converted mission-critical financial data from Lotus 1-2-3 to 1-2-3 v. 9.5. Met with division heads and users to determine project requirements and scope of work for end-user training. Successful conversion and training earned excellent recommendations for Stellar.
