Greg
Podbielski
Greg Podbielski brings over 20 years of experience in the
world of computers since joining Stellar Services as the
Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2003. Greg is
responsible for the development and execution of Stellar's
sales plans. Greg graduated cum laude from Siena College
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.
Prior to joining Stellar, Greg served in sales for Dell
Computer initially in charge of the New York State and
Connecticut regions before becoming Regional Sales Manager
targeting state and local governments in the Northeast
United States. Greg was responsible for building the
Northeastern New York State and Local Government Region from
a 5 to over a 60 percent market share for Dell in 3 years.
Greg began his career as a Territory Manager for the
Burroughs Corporation implementing a comprehensive marketing
program targeting several major industrial companies, as
well as the United States Department of Energy. He then
moved on to Hewlett-Packard as a Senior Commercial Field
Engineer selling software and hardware services of
commercial computer systems aimed at manufacturing
companies.
Greg spent the bulk of his career at Digital Equipment
Corporation starting as a Sales Representative before
eventually becoming the New York State Account Manager.
Initially, Greg was responsible for tactical and strategic
management for small accounts within New York State.
Eventually, his responsibilities grew into a management
position developing and implementing the strategic plan for
New York State county and local governments, as well as
state agencies. |
