4U Services, Inc. D/B/A Stellar Services was founded in 1993
by Liang Chen. The company now has 65 employees and an annual
revenue of $12 million. Most of our employees have Masters and above
degrees in engineering and computer science disciplines.

We center our business around our customers. Stellar solutions,
whether technology solutions or professional and technical
supplemental staffing, are complete deliverables, not time
and materials proposals. Our customers can be confident in
Stellar’s quality control process and our ability and
willingness to finish a project for total satisfaction. We
ensure that our skills and experience are up-do-date and relevant
to our marketplace.
We listen carefully to our customers. We learn their business
and their marketplace. We develop close working relationships.
Stellar enjoys a high level of repeat business. A recent survey
by Dunn & Bradstreet of Stellar customers showed overall
satisfaction at 92 percent. Stellar executives will always
be available to our customers. We are proud to associate our

For technology solutions, Stellar analyzes the problems described
to us by our customer. We design a solution and test it. We
may propose several solutions. With the customer, we identify
the optimum solution. Once the customer and we are confident
the solution will be the most effective and cost-efficient,
we deploy it to the customer’s environment. We then
monitor the solution and, depending on the customer’s
choices, we turn it over or operate and/or maintain the system
to meet the level of service required.
In the case of “as-needed” professional and technical
supplemental staff, Stellar matches the skills and experience
of supplemental personnel to the requirements of the customer,
including security standards. We provide supplemental staff
whose training, experience, work ethic and reliability match
the high standards we demand of our own, full-time employees.
The turnover rate among our own employees is one percent.
We set performance standards for supplemental staff and monitor
day-to-day performance. We will intervene immediately in any
unsatisfactory situation and replace the supplemental employee
in question. |
