The primary objective for this effort is to provide an integrated system that
will enable our clients to more effectively and efficiently staff and execute their
programs through an integrated management tool, reducing cycle time from concept
design to delivery.
A successful
implementation is expected to support these requirements:
Increase visibility into project schedules, staffing levels, and assignment of resources
across the enterprise
Increase communication and sharing of data
Advance standardized scheduling practices on an enterprise base
Ensure support for legacy and future systems including digital planning technology,
manufacturing execution, and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) requirements
Increase fidelity in manpower planning and scheduling
Facilitate storage of all schedules in data repository that can be centrally located
and accessible by project managers and all other executive managers
