Justin Cohen
Justin Cohen joined Stellar Services in February of 2009 as the Vice President of the Western Region. Justin is primarily responsible for all business development and delivery in the Western states, but also contributes his expertise to potential and existing customers both nationally and internationally.
Mr. Cohen brings over 10 years of senior management experience in the Project Management arena. While servings as the president of a project management systems integration company, Mr. Cohen was involved in a variety of development projects with such clients as the Los Angeles Unified School District, Public Storage Inc., the Maryland State Judiciary Information Systems, Wake County School District, American Honda Motor Company, and ValleyCrest Companies. In working with these clients, Mr. Cohen oversaw projects related to Primavera Integration to financial systems, cross-system reporting, and a variety of specialized custom developed applications.
Mr. Cohen holds both a BS and MS in High Energy Particle Physics from the University of Maryland. In the technical arena, he holds a variety of technical certifications from Microsoft, has performed training in both system architecture and project management, and is an often invited speaker at project management conferences such as the Primavera Annual Conference and the Computers for Construction conference.
