Han Lim
Since joining Stellar Services in 2001, Han Lim brings over 20 years of engineering experience. As Vice President of Operations, Han is responsible for managing the operational functions and business development of the Business Technologies division of Stellar Services. Including P&L of the division, Human Resource recruitment, allocation, and scheduling, manage and establish Clients, vendors, and partners relation, developing business through direct bids, partnering, and subcontracting. He also performs project cost pricing and negotiation. Mr. Lim acts as the Project Manager or Project Principle for all projects that fall under this division.
Mr. Lim has overseen many projects such as the NTIA-Department of Commerce, New York City of Department of Finance, New York State Office of Attorney General, MARTA City of Atlanta Georgia, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New York State Office of Mental Health, New York City Housing Authority, New York Department of Law, New York Department of Sanitation, and New York Human Resource Administration just to name a few. The projects scope includes network Infrastructure upgrades, servers and storage upgrades, and enterprise computer equipment refresh projects.
Han earned a Master's and a Bachelor's Degree at North Dakota State University and an Associate's Degree at Kuantan Polytechnic in Malaysia. Prior to Stellar Han was a Plant Manager overseeing the operations of a 300-person manufacturing facility for an industrial company in New York. His responsibilities grew to include facilities management. He later was promoted to Engineering Manager where he managed 25 employees in the central operations and was responsible for three manufacturing facilities with 800 employees. He was in charge of all expansion and remodeling programs which included design, construction, installation, start up, and debugging of manufacturing facilities. He followed that up as a Project/General Manager for two separate manufacturing companies, where he was heavily involved with the design and construction of their manufacturing facilities.
